Hello fellow An-ers!
Just wanted to give you all a quick update. I had CK at Stanford in October of 2012, and just got a call from them about my one-year follow up tests. Great news: perfect hearing, and the tumor is stable (actually slightly smaller than at the time of treatment). Next MRI is a year from now. Yay!
Measurements:
Oct 2012: 15 x 14 x 10
Oct 2013: 14 x 8 x 6
Also, overall, am feeling a lot better. It is crazy how one learns to live with discomfort and barely notices it until it's gone. I have more energy, facial tingling is gone and ringing is gone most of the time. Have not had bouts of vertigo in a while either. I do feel like a walking barometer though: whenever the weather changes (if we are about to get rain), my face goes slightly numb on the right side.
So good news all around. Here sending positive thoughts to all.

That's great news and I would agree that it is encouraging for anyone considering ck, like myself. That's a nice reduction in size also. Thanks for sharing.
