Eye muscle surgery in my right eye yesterday went great. I have some bloody tears but that is very normal. The doc put a punctum plug in the lower lid during my surgery so hopefully i tear better. I have double vision worse than before but he said it should be better in a few days. Already happy i did it although it's so damn early in the morning today. I must be excited and wanted to look at my eye in the mirrior to wake up this early! ;)

Taylor, Who did your surgery? I had a Dr. Shepherd from Center for Advanced Medicine in St.Louis. I was in Barnes also. Karen

Wonderful Taylor! I can't wait to hear how it all turns out!

Karen,
A Dr. Lueder did my eye surgery... he's an optomoligist at Children's next to Barnes.

Taylor,
I am so happy things went well. I'm sure you are feeling better having the stress of going in to have it done behind you. Now it's time to rest and recover from the surgery. Please take your time about the Welbutrin. research it and discuss it with the doc. You may find that the results from this surgery help you to feel better about things. No question all of this have been life changing, and I think from time to time we all will go through bouts of depression. But if at all possible, I think it's a good idea to try and stay off of the emds that might make us feel mind altered (since the An surgery already makes us feel that way) If you still are having difficulties, I would look into therapy too.
Take Care, God Bless

An anti-depressant is a debatable subject for me. Right now i feel great
-
I am glad things are going well for you - and hope the improvement continues
Depression does not just mean feeling down
It might mean feeling angry, sad or regretful, or just plain confused
You/I/We have all been through alot - its not always so clear
how we really feel about it - only time will tell
be aware and prepared for this
and I am sure you will be fine
Best Regards
Tony

Now you're making me depressed tony! :) My eyelids are all swollen on my right eye. I look like the terminator. Oh by the way this is taylor if it shows up as taylorsmom right now.

Good Goin', Sweetie!! Keep us posted on your progress-we care about you a whole lot, we do, we do!! Can I take these stinkin socks off now (no the socks aren't "stinkin"" they just smell really, really bad as I've had em on since Wednesday, and I've been petting the dog with my feet.)
Gotta save 'em for the next Wench or Scallywag goin under the knife. Or Zapper. Or big noisy MRI thingy.

Hi Taylor:
I asked my little sis about the swelling. She said it went way down by the 7th day. Thinking of you, Kathy
Capt. Deb: Yes, you better wash them socks. Ain't Katie next Wed.?
-
Taylor,
I'm so glad it went well! When I had my surgery, I was told that people would find it a whole lot more painful to look at me than I'd feel. :)
