Title: Cross facial nerve graft?

My doctor wants me to have cross facial nerve graft. I know of the Boston and Beverly Hills locations, but where else is this procedure done? I'm in Indiana and would like to find a location loser to home.

   To my knowledge, many plastic surgeons will try it. However, though not closer to home, Dr. Eliott Rose in NYC has gained an outstanding reputation as a facial reconstructionist.   
   I would want, if younger, the very best!
