My left side was completely paralysed since birth, and I finally got movement on my cheeks. So happy. Hopefully by next year some smile will come with it. Just thought I'd share. Thanks.
I was using my new phone to try the video quality as well.

John,
You look great! I saw your original post awhile back ( before you removed the picture) when you were worried about the swelling and I must say you look " marvelous" ;D
I am so happy for you,,, give it some time and I am positive you will be happy with your smile!!! You have made wonderful progress so far,,, keep up the good work,, work those muscles/ nerves and they will reward you,,, hang in there!!! Jane

I'm glad to hear of your progress. Also am glad you feel "happy" about it. That feeling of happiness is progress as well. I wish you continued good luck in everything.

John,
I totally agree with Jane!! You look wonderful!!! I am so happy for you!! I'm sure that like other muscles, more improvement will come with time and exercise.
Hang in there and keep smiling ;D

Hi John: you are a handsome young man. Congratulations to you and your continued healing (I didn't get to see your 'before' photo).
After having multiple surgeries for my facial paralysis, the T3 being my saving grace, I visited an oculoplastic surgeon to help with eye symmetry.
Now my eyes are almost symmetrical (not an easy feat for us).
Always good thoughts, Nancy
