Hi Jo,
Inconclusive results are always very unnerving. I also dealt with them for quite a while, as I was being told that the differences were within the margin of error.
Keep an eye on the pattern overtime. Indeed the error margin is 2 mm. So a radiologist looking only at your previous MRI will conclude that there is no change. However if it is constantly going upwards over time, then this would indicate growth. If it is just error, it should fluctuate (i.e. you might get larger, as well as smaller readings). Hope of course it is the latter. I am nor really sure if regrowth really causes many symptoms, as hearing/balance is already lost, but I suppose that not having symptoms would be a good sign. What does your doctor say?

Marianna, he just read the report that it was stable. I didnt bring 2010 report with me. So I checked when I got home. I'm not really going to worry about it until the next MRI, unless there are new symptons. But I will bring it up with my GP when I see her next month and as well as my ENT when I see him June 6th..and then take it from there
