Hello AN family!
After a rare brain injury set-back after my surgery and over 70 days away from my family, I'm home where I belong! What a reason to be truly thankful, regardless of what time of year it is! Thank you to all who have been following my progress and sending messages! Thanks most of all for your thoughts and prayers! I've come along way in my progress, much thanks to my fantastic medical care and therapists. There is still quite an uphill climb ahead as our young family adjusts, but I'm at peace with with this move and am so happy to be home!

Heidi .....
So glad you are back home. I have been following your progress on the CaringBridge site and you've had an awful time. I hope others realize that what you experienced is extremely unusual.
As you are able, keep us posted on here how you are doing, at least as far as the AN surgery recovery is concerned.
Thoughts and prayers continue .....
