Title: No growth
Post by: LisaP on November 07, 2011, 04:46:30 am
Hi,

Finally able to post, my computer is down, don't know if the storm had anything to do with it.  Anyways on October 19th I have found out that my AN has not grown and Dr. Mason was pleased with the fact that my hearing remains 100 percent.  So continue to W&W and next MRI will be in two years.

Hi,

3 days no electricity, 5 days no cable, when I saw the Chartier Truck in front of my house last week I wanted to kiss him.  I am hoping for no more suprises from Mother Nature.  At least I do not have to worry about my AN for hopefully two more years.

Are you coming on the 19th?

Hi Lisa...

Congrats on being 'stable'...any particular reason why you are opting for biennial rather than annual MRIs?

Hello LisaP

Congratulations on the "No Growth" report, time for the "Happy Dance"!! Curious also as to why the two year wait for the next MRI
as opposed to yearly???

Congrats Lisa! Keep up the good work....As far as the latest on W+W studies published in our newsletter, 5 years of no growth and a good chance of stability going into the future. Best wishes, Mickey

Yippee!  I go for my next MRI next month(almost 2 years).  Equally hoping for no growth.  Not sure when my next MRI will be but will also likely be 2 years away.

Hi

Thanks for all of the best wishes and congrats.  I was so glad to be able to stay in western mass and have my MRI done here.  Dr., Mason believes that due to the no growth for the past 3.5 years that I should be able now to go to 2 years.  If I notice any changes and for me that will probably be my hearing to call him for another MRI.  So I just need to keep myself healthy and montior my symptoms.  I have 100% hearing still, he said I was lucky, most of my symptoms are headaches and facial stuff.  So I continue to march on forward with my AN for another two years.

Hi Cindy,

Yes, I can't believe that it has been 3.5 years now.  I am so busy with work and taking care of my mom, that I don't know how I would even fit my AN in.  I still have symptoms but now can put it on the back burner for hopefully two more years.  How are you?
