Title: eyes tearing when I eat and when I blow nose water comes from eye.

I have bells palsy for two years.  MDs don't seem to have an answer to why my eyes tear when I eat and when I blow my nose my eye near the corner fills with water and overflows.  Can anyone give me an answer.  Told this might be symptoms of Synkinesis.  If so how can did condition be contained.
