Hi all,
Like many of you with facial paralysis, outside eye care has been something for me to work on. Right after my surgery I had to wear sunglasses every time I went outside to protect from sunshine and wind. I progressed to being able to outside with no sunglasses if it were cloudy and not windy. After that I only needed them if it were sunny out. Today for the first time ever I spent an extended time out in the sun with no sunglasses. I was golfing and when I started it was cloudy. The sun came out and even though my one eye doesn't squint that well, it was good enough for me to finish the last half of my round of golf.
I had to share that on here because this is not exciting news for most people. :-)
