Ok, so I'm trying to feel better and I thought it would be a good idea if everyone would list what it is that makes them happy then maybe it will give some of us others new ideas. So since I thought of this stupid idea, I'm gonna go first...........
Happiness is a warm puppy. No matter how crappy I feel, it makes me feel better to hug either one of my two dogs or both of em! :)
I think I'll go do that now.

Happiness is sharing a cookies n cream shake with my son.
Happiness is being enveloped by the warm spring air.

happiness to me is thinking of ways to make my boss squirm for how she's treated me lol ok so maybe that more of a sadistic nature.
Happiness is being able to take the time to play yahtzee with my teenage son because he wants to and knowing he loves me even though things are so tough right now ;D

Happiness to me is... family and friends and especially children... they always make me feel better
no matter how bad I feel I can never say no to a child. I can be having a bad day and my 19 month old grandaughter can say come on grandma and off we go!

Happiness is family and memories of moments filled with laughter, tears and hugs.
Happiness is birds singing in the morning and sunsets that take your breath.

Happiness is learning to let others serve you..okay I am working on that bit of happiness.
