Title: Send reports to HEI and WHERE ????

As well as direct consultations with recommended New York City surgeons, I also spoke on the phone with and sent the MRI, CT Scan and medical reports to HEI in California.

I'm pretty sure I remember reading somewhere that there is another surgeon/hospital that also offers recommendations over the phone after reviewing the reports.  Am I correct?  If so, who/where is that?
