Title: How do we send info. to HEI for consult?

I've seen it mentioned a few times about sending MRI and audio test results to HEI for free consultation.  I went to their site, but can't find any information.  How do we go about sending them our information?  For those of you who have already done so, how long does it usually take for that response?

Hi there

I just called them.  They were very responsive and accomodating.  I had a doctor call me within 48 hours of receiving my MRI.

After deciding on HEI, my doctor contacted them and then I had the radiology place send my MRI and then the    Dr.  Friedman called me and gave me other people to call to set up surgery etc. Very smooth, especially from out of state.

Yes just give them a call and you can send your MRI etc...even if you don't decide to have treatment there its a great resource and opinion to have.
