Title: Prayer and Blog Campaign for 9-year-old with brain tumor
Post by: free2be on August 26, 2010, 09:10:17 am
A dear friend of ours, a 9-year-old adorable, smart, artistic little boy, was just diagnosed with a brain stem brain tumor. There is another thread about this, but I wanted to see if we could get a bit of a blog campaign going in addition to lots of prayers and well wishes. He will be excited to hear from folks from around the country and the world and since we can all relate, to some extent, I just think this would be cool.

So, here is Wylie's Wish blog link. You can learn about Wylie, see pictures, get updates on his status (he just had a biopsy and surgery yesterday), and make a contribution if you'd like.

Add a comment and tell him where you are from.

Thanks,

I posted as "anonymous" but put my first name at the end.  I hope he gets well soon!

Yes, the site is a little weird in that it makes you think you have to have a google account or something, but you don't. You can just select anonymous, or "name" and put your first name in. Anyway that works is great; thanks for sending him a note!

If you're praying for little Wylie, that's wonderful. I know he has many around the world doing so in whatever fashion is true to them.

We're waiting on the pathology report still.

Hoping for more comments posted to his blog. If you feel up to it, post a comment, tell him where you are from...just wish him well, that's all we can do in writing.
