Title: Anyone else not receiving an email when you have a PM ?

I just logged on and noticed that I have two messages in my message box dated 7/12/10, but I never received emails notifying me that I had them like I usually do.

Anyone else have this issue lately?  And is it something that the folks @ the ANA are working on?

Ya Jan, I did have the same issue the other day....one was sitting in my inbox and I didn't get an email about it.  I thought maybe it had gotten sent to my spam box and I dumped it without looking, but it seems not now!

I have received email notifications for PM's that I had here within the past 24 hours.  If anyone else (other than Jay and Jan) is running into this issue, please note here so we can research it out.... also, please check your profiles to make sure that your PM Email notification is turned on.  If this continues, will report to the "powers that be".

Is anyone else having this issue within the past 5 days?  Please note here.

My most recent PM was received last week.  I did receive an email.

(possibly stupid question, but that is what I am here for...)  Did you check your "Personal Message Options" to make sure the "Notify by email" was still properly set?

I have just received no PM's for a long time...guess nobody loves me anymore!  JK...

I have had PMs sit in box a day or two before noticing there is one ...and no email notices ...gonna go check and see if PM notification is checked ... so long since I have looked at my profile I honestly don't remember if it is checked or not

eamil notification was marked Always  ... I did check the Show a popup when you receive new messages?  option box ...

I double checked the settings, it is set on "Always"....

I double checked my setting and it was set to Always - so that wasn't the problem.

Perhaps the glitch was only on July 12.  That's the day I didn't receive emails for 2 PMs and the day I sent the PM to Debbi.

I did get notification of a PM last night, so hopefully the problem has resolved itself.

Kaybo -  I'm going to PM you just so you don't feel left out  :)

And Lori, if you're reading this, I sent you a PM or two last night.  If you didn't get email notifications, check your message box.

Holy moly, I didn't even know you could do this and I've been on here for years!!  I just enabled this function. Yahoo!

I too just had that problem.  I happened to check the site and found a PM that was send either yesterday or the day before, but I got no email notification.
