Hello everyone.
I'm off to the hospital tomorrow to have my csf leak fixed. We will start with a lumbar drain and observation for a week. If that doesn't work, it's surgery again.
Wish me luck. ;)
I'll be back in one or two weeks.

Kenneth,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you to get this csf leak behind you.
Hang in there. Get medicated as best you can for the headaches, as I hear it hurts!

I'm back after 8 "wonderfull" days in the hospital.
The good news is, the lumbar drain actually worked :D
I have stopped leaking, so I guess I dodged a bullet this time.
I also had a MRI and it's clean.
Doctors orders are, take it slow for 2 weeks and call him, if I get into trouble.
Golly, it feels great to be home again.
Thanks for all your support.

Kenneth,
Welcome Home!
Wow, 8 wonderful memorable days. I'm sure that felt like eternity! Hopefully you didn't suffer with headaches through the ordeal, and so glad everything is ok now.
Follow doctor's orders now! Take it slow, let us know how you continue to do :)

That's great and please listen to your Dr's, I'm sure you wouldn't want to go through that all over again...
Rest and relax,

Great news! My CSF leak was fixed the same way...except it took two of the lumbar drains. Glad neither one of us required further surgery! Hope you continue to heal at a rapid rate.

Kenneth, great news!
So glad to hear that you are doing so much better. Congrats.
Nothing helps recovery like your own bed :)
