Trying to figure out if its just bad batteries or the device. Started noticing the batteries seemed to dwindle their lifespan (dated good till 10/2010) and yesterday could not get the device to power up. Went through 3 different battery packs - but not sure if somehow they lost their power prior to my using them.
I got the batteries at my audiologist office - after I was told the ones at the pharmacy don't work well. Any advice?
If I need to send the BP100 back for work, how & where? Maybe it could get the upgrade I read about on a post here to (for interference)?
thanks, Melinda

IF your BP100 is not working, you should take it back to your audiologist so they can either check it or send it back to Cochlear for repairs. That is your best option.

you've definitely had your share of problems with your BAHA. I'm sorry to hear about this latest one.
Ken is correct. You should take it back to your audiologist. If it needs to be repaired by Cochlear, your audiologist can tell you how that's done.
Good luck,
Jan
