I've been very lucky with how things turned out for me post surgery. Some have said I've been inspiring...I just think it's living....THIS is inspiring!

You're right, Bob!  Awesome video...puts so much in perspective doesn't it?  Amazing what people can do when they put their mind and heart to it.  Thanks for sharing it!

Bob ~

Thanks for sharing this video via the link you provided.  I loved it! 

Michael refuses to be a 'victim' and through his own steely determination manages to overcome his disability and live free and unfettered, enjoying the life he has, refusing to sit on the sidelines, wishing he could walk and growing bitter because he can't.  Yes, Michael certainly is an inspiration and someone to emulate.  As Cindy aptly stated, he helps us put things in perspective and by doing so, strengthens us all. 

I appreciate your bringing this video to our attention.  I feel better for having watched it, so thanks, again.
