You're already on an informative website, you just have to utilize it. Go here: http://www.anausa.org/treatment_options.shtml (http://www.anausa.org/treatment_options.shtml) for detailed information regarding the 3 AN removal procedures. If you're still curious, just type "acoustic neuroma" into any search engine. You'll get lots of links.

I got this from my doc's website http://www.chicagoear.com/med_info/acoustic_neuroma.htm
When you open the link, if you scroll down the page you'll see surgical approaches.
Hope you find it helpful,

Here's yet another.. There are lots of websites with information on approaches. Most of them (understandably) that I ran across tend to "favor" one approach over another in how they are described, which magically tends to correspond with whatever approach that institution is better at. But, there are cases like the link I have here that will give you unbiased info on each approach.
Anyhow, here's the link: http://www.ananj.org/Acoustic_Neuroma_Treatment_Options.shtm (http://www.ananj.org/Acoustic_Neuroma_Treatment_Options.shtm)
I'm curious.. Why are you looking into surgical approaches if you have already had GK tretment 2 years ago?
Regards,
Brian

I also have a bunch of links on my blog - http://buginthebrain.blogspot.com (http://buginthebrain.blogspot.com)listed down the left hand side, and if you go back to the posts in August and September there are links scattered throughout my posts as I was in my 'learning phase' before surgery.
