Thanks to all members of this forum who virtually took me by the hand, walked me onto the operating table and continue to amswer all my questions. You gave and continue to give me added confidence throughout this extremely difficult process.

Mike -

for a new postie, you are doing very well.  Recovery takes time and before you know it this extremely difficult process will be just a bump in the road of life.

It's always darkest before the dawn.  Keep the faith and Happy Thanksgiving.

It's amazing how much we can find to be thankful for after something like this happens.

Glad you're doing well and I hope you had a wonderful and relaxing Thanksgiving!  And an extra piece of pie for dessert!   :D

Mike, yay for you! Your blog is excellent, esp. how fast time goes during the surgery and how agonizingly slow in the days after!

I also love the pic of you w/Dr. Brackmann --- it shows how vibrant and energetic he is!

Mike ~

Your sincere gratitude is definitely appreciated by many, I'm sure.  I feel honored to be just a small part of a very large 'team'.  We're all pleased that we were able to help you along this occasionally arduous journey. I pray that your recovery will continue at a brisk-but-prudent pace.  :)
