Title: Facial Paralysis

 Anybody had facial sling for paralysis? im having surgery very soon and would like to hear from anybody with similar problems. Thankyou Irene

Hi Irene:  I had 2 sling procedures + the T3 (Temporalis Tendon Transfer) for my facial paralysis.   I have seen before/after pictures of someone who only needed a sling procedure (her paralysis wasn't as severe as mine).  It gives a definite improvement to the face.  You end up with a small crescent moon scar, almost looks like a dimple !
Are you going to be having just a sling procedure soon ?
