Title: Doctors at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital?

Is anybody familiar with Dr. James Evans or Dr. Marc Rosen at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital? Any experiences are appreciated. Feel free to email me offline if you'd prefer. Thanks!

I had suboccipital an removal by Dr. Rosenwasser at Jeff.  Don't know who the other doctors are.
