Title: Getting my profile active

Does anyone know how I can get my profile active?  I contacted the administrator of the organization, and did everything she told me.

I dont understand.... it looks active to me.... (since you can post messages) ... however you profile image is broken...

you have a whole web page in you image.. that wont work .... is this you ?

Hey Kathy

If you want to fix your profile avitar/picture, try this:

1. Select "Profile" button on top left of screen
2. Once at your profile, down the left margin, look for the link for Forum Profile Information
3. When that screen shows, on the top, you choose the "button" that you have your own picture.  Copy/Paste the link Joe gave you here (http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2551/3774285880_0f3e79f472_m.jpg).
4.  Scroll down to the bottom of the page to save/update your changes.

that should do the trick! :)

Thanks, Phyl.  Do you find the pictures distorted on the side?  Or is it my computer?

Kathy, you just need to crop your avatar picture into a square instead of a rectangle and upload it again. The rectangle is being forced into the square opening so it is distorted.
