Well, all... it's that time to begin tracking our RSVP's to the ANA Discussion Forum "Apple Dumplin' Gang" brunch! :)
As you may know, the last one was cancelled (first time ever!) so hoping this one goes as hopes.

I think that would be great, I have tons of gear from pj's, shirts, pants, jackets, jewlery, shoes, the only Red Sox items I don't have are socks soo a Red Sox celebration in my book would be great.

Thanks for answering my question that we are still going with the Red Sox theme, I have ever Red Sox item except underwear :P, anyways can't wait to see you all. The Red Sox better win when I go and see them on opening day at Fenway Park againt the Yankees!!!

Ok, all..... have confirmed the dumplins, our Fave Brazilian nut will be serving them up again.
FYI reminder as with past brunches..... will be collecting $ at the start of the brunch to make the end of the brunch an easy handling. Appreciate everyone's understanding.

Well, folks... me is feeling a Pepto Bismal moment as I over-indulged again! What a genuine thrill to see everyone!!!! :) :) :) Again, new faces, Brunch Vets and with regrets, no dumplin's. :'( :'( Was informed just at the start of brunch that there was issue with supplier for the apple dumplin's, hence..... nada..... Sorry all.......
Well, as you can see here, everyone trying to forget the lousy start of BoSox this season BUT, still had a great time. See if you can figure out who is who! :D
Jane, a HEARTY thank you for the BoSox items you brought... as always, you overdid and not enough praise from me, so..... :D Great photo of everyone!!, but as I look at Ellen and Jane who each said they are each only 5' 1" I look mightly tall for only being 4 1/2 inches bigger?!?! (I had flats on, too!) ??? What's up with that??? ::)
Anyhow it was great to see everyone, oldies and newbees.. And status quo for most everyone is good news!!! ;D
Thanks again and always for Phyl and Jane... Without them this probably wouldn't happen!! and if it did it just wouldn't be the same.. ;)

Thanks for yet another memorable ANA Northeast Discussion Forum brunch! Great food and even better company. Tina enjoyed herself, too, as usual. The time just flew by. I especially enjoyed speaking with Keith McGowan and his wife, Nancy. who graced our table. Sorry Paul missed attending but I'll look for him in October.

October is cool (no pun intended). Old home week for me @ Mass General—yearly M.R.I. Better than Space Mountain at Disney! It would be nice to work in the brunch / buffet around the same time. I'll go with the Blackened Bilge Rat Brisket and a cup of coffee with Baked Road Apple a la mode for desert. Make that coffee a triple shot espresso latte to go (with a cherry on top). I don't want to slip into a food coma on the ride home with Phyl......

As usual had a wonderful time at the brunch re-connecting with everyone, meeting new people...Food was fantastic. Thank you Phyl and Jane for making this brunch possible. This brunch always reinforces for me that no one is alone. There are always people who are more than willing to help with their own experiences.

I was thinking of everyone as I had my own brunch with old friends basking in the blissfully warm Arizona sun! I'm sorry I missed the fun, but it turns out my trip to AZ was well-timed since a very good friend of mine ended up in the hospital (and will be there for a while) so I was able to visit and cheer him.

Just read your comment and I want to thank you for your kind words. Although I only met a few people at the brunch, everyone seemed so nice and I could tell there were strong friendships. I only decided to go at the last minute because of being a bit embarrassed, but I'm so glad I did. Everyone made me feel so comfortable. Thank you to Phyl for making me get in the picture at the end. Nice to be included. We all have things in life that we have to deal with as all of you know. It all comes down to being happy and living your life to the fullest.

Oh my goodness, I am reply 88????? Yes I will be there, hopefully with Jane and anyone else from Western Mass who needs a ride.
My next MRI is Oct. 12th but this time I am having it done at BSMC in Springfield with Dr. Mason, sending a copy to Dr. McKenna, still keeping him in the loop. Anyways because Western Mass is still in the dinosaur age, I will not know the results until the 19th, after the luncheon. Oh well.

She'll try, I know, but if she can't attend, Phyl has asked me to stand in for her. That basically means trying to say hi to as many folks as possible and, with help from my wife, the lovely and gracious Tina, collecting the money for the brunch ($19.95 per person + gratuity) before we're served (cash only, please). After that, you're on your own and I hope everyone will have a great time, as usual.

Just returned from the ANA brunch in Worcester, Massachusetts. Great food, good company and a fine time was had by all! So glad Phyl could make it. It wouldn't have been the same without her. Looking forward to seeing a few pictures from the event.

Noted! Sunday before is Easter... and week after.... Earth Day :) Have it booked for April 15 and if there are too many that can't do it, can move it into May, but would have to do so now since they book that far in advance for weddings/bridal showers.
