Title: Is there a concise list any where of all the surgical/radiation options

As I read the different posts I'm noticing that there are numerous radiation & surgical options.  Is there any where that all these options are listed?  I vaguely  remember in all my frantic research when I was first told I had an AN seeing numerous options listed but now I can't find it.
