I was surfing the 'Net and came across this.  I thought I'd post this link.  I don't visit the balance issues topic much, so don't know if you all know about this...but here it is anyway.

Cool link. That is really interesting and would be great therapy. Although I have my balance pretty much in check, this might be good continuing therapy and exercise.  8)

Hi there Sue,    Thanks for the link.   I couldn't do Tai Chi after surgery (it was funny though).   Think I'll try these positions !
