Hi am very curious to know if this has happened to anyone else. My 19mm AN had two cystic components evident on first and planning MRI. Yesterday I got the results on my second MRI follow up after 18 months - bit more shrinking and now off the brainstem - and NO cysts visible. I had specifically asked for a focus on this aspect as always nervous re the unpredictability of cystic in the literature. My specialist Professor Joseph here in Perth who has about 30 years experience as a radiologist oncologist told me that my body is healing well and confirmed what the MRI report had mentioned twice - no cysts are now visible. Am really thrilled but also amazed. It seems the treatment has caused them to rupture or be absorbed.

Excellent news Michele!
You've had a positive rapid response to CK with pressure off the brain stem and the cysts gone too.
keeping on in good health,
Stella

Thank you Stella! Yep healing well as my specialist said. I am really surprised that cysts would go though. I never read this anywhere. However the MRI report was emphatic as I asked them to check.
