I talked to ppearl214 this morning .. feeling under the weather (and the weather stinks!)
Called out of work and is tring to get some extra sleep, so she wont be around today.. :'(

here I am planning to visit the site more ... and I EAT SOMETHING WRONG .... I spent to whole night with the runs while throwing up in the tub >:( I think I'm over it now .. and using LacriLub for the eye because I was very dry this moring .... I think I lost 10 pounds in water weight .. :o

Horrible night, best forgotten! I had a few of those in my life, and I don't ever want a repeat performance! Drink lots of water and swallow some charcoal tablets.

it an Alantic Salmon .. and I let it go... the rules in Canada are a little different with Salmon .. you can NOT keep anything over 26" >:( its because the bigger fish have more egg's .. my biggest one was 40" :o

There's been something called Nora Virus going around up here in MA. It's hit both my oldest son and my husband in the last few weeks. Exact same symptoms you described, and gone in a day. And I know it wasn't something they ate, since we all ate the same thing, but each time only one person got sick.

WOW !!! That's over 3 feet!!!
I think it's GREAT that CANADA looks out for it's fish !!
I'm quite an amateur at fishing, haven't been for a long time,
but when I lived in Maine we use to go ice fishing,
& I think we caught what they called 'land locked' salmon.
I don't think ANY of the ones I saw were 3 feet (if memory serves me, a foot & a 1/2 ? .. can't remember)

Those "land locked" fish are the same .. but smaller than thier sea going cosins! ..
I talked to my parents on the phone .. and yep.. the Nora hit thier street down in PA ..the same thing.. VERY sick for one day.. then gone ...
I'd also like to mention, I started a forum just for family and friends (not an AN site) .. and so far , its been been used very little .. (the biggest poster is my mother :D ) .. if anyone is interested ..PM me for the address..(I dont want to post the address publicly, to keep the membership ONLY to people I know and to keep spam off)

HI all,
sorry to have worried you all... doing better today and heading back to work. Nasty cold with fever has had me laid up most of last week and this past weekend. Only logged onto Skype to check in with CB (Iain) to give him health updates. As I avoided the computer and all phones all weekend, please accept apologies if I missed you as I've been trying to get lots of bed rest (and yes, Beanie was all snuggled up with me as she knew mom wasn't feeling well).
I will reply to all emails and phone messages shortly... and thanks for understanding.

What a relief that you are getting better.
How could you not be with us for so looooooooooong. We missed you dearly. I checked on the website to see if you were back everyday (heck, every hour). I almost sent out a friend of mine (don't worry it's not guodo ;)) in MA to go after the culprit and check on you!
I sent you the news article draft. Take a look and let me know if you have the picture. Leaving for Seoul tomorrow for a 2-day meeting (take me 2 days to get there lol) and will be back Saturday. Will still check email and stay in touch.
