Title: Patient-Member Survey?

Has anyone else taken the online member survey that we were e-mailed about? I started to take it, but then it became obvious that the previous person's responses were still on there, which i would have had to delete to enter mine- things like name of doctor, description of symptoms, etc. Didn't seem very well constructed for privacy issues....

i took it -had no issues with the survey, but the ANA did send me an email (well after i submitted) asking me to complete the survey.  doesn't bode well for the results.

I just went on now, entered my email address and went to start the survey only to find someone else's answers on each of the first 5 pages I looked at.  So much for privacy or accurate results!

I sent an email to the ANA director about the survey.

Maybe it'll get fixed.

We discovered that there was a technical issue with the link we provided in the recent emails that were sent about our patient survey.  We had sent it before and it was fine – but something happened to it.  The information in the survey that you saw was totally random information – not yours, not anyone else’s either.   A revised email has been sent.

We apologize for this.
