Title: 3 Month MRI follow-up Gammaknife
Post by: Sam on April 17, 2007, 07:20:17 pm
I just returned home from the long trip to Birmingham for my 3 month MRI (post GK). My Doctor surprised me today, by telling me that my AN so far had not gotten any bigger, and showed signs of darkening in the center, He said that was exactly what we were wanting. I told him that at my 9 month MRI, I may be in training with a new job, and he told me "it's not a problem, we will work with you if that is what you want" He said we could do the 9 month either before or after I ship off.
I have been experiencing slight dizziness, and fatigue in the last few days, but I think that might be from me having to readjust to "night shift" again.

That's great news! Sounds like the GK is doing its job.

As for the dizziness and fatigue, if you're anything like me, I suffer with that every April anyway due to allergies. Wish I could blame that on my AN.

As for me, I'm still researching my options, but am leaning toward CK in Atlanta.
