I'm interested to hear what experience folks have had with vestibular rehab to address balance and dizziness issues? Is there anything you have found particularly effective?

Vestibular rehab has been discussed here quite often.
Use the search feature at the top right.
Put in vestibular rehab and it'll bring up previous discussions on the subject.

Hi TwoOceans .....
I had extensive vestibular rehab following my first AN surgery. It was extremely valuable and I would highly recommend finding a trained vestibular therapist (not just a PT) to assist you in more quickly regaining your equilibrium.
Walking is still the best overall therapy ..... especially walking in a safe place (such as a narrow hallway) and turning your head from side to side and then up and down ..... increasing your speed as you are able.
Many other exercises are valuable, as well, if you have nystagmus or difficulty holding your visual focus.
I would be happy to send you a list of more specific exercises if you send me a private message.

would love to hear about your suggestions around regaining balance as part of vestibular rehab. Thanks in advance for anything you can send my way.

I found some exercises on YouTube that seem to help. Although at the time, they made me queasy.
