Title: Helpful Q & A's
Post by: 28Lisa on September 10, 2008, 02:07:44 am
Found this site quite helpful, Im sure it can be of some use to some...

Was reading about the facial nerves and it said that with large AN removals, it takes 18 months for the healing process to begin, which gives me hope  :)

Still reading............ ;D

Hi Lisa, it can take longer than that, i am just seeing a improvment in my face and i am 20 months post op, also i know people who have seen changes after 3 years, its a slow process take photos every other month and you will see the difference, ive just read it, its says can begin healing at 18 months, i have a book where is says facial healing after a AN can take up to three years so there is hope , i too had a large tumour removed.
