Hello everyone - I don't post here often as I try not to dwell on my AN too much in between MRIs :). I was diagnosed in July of last year and have been watching and waiting since then. So I just wanted to share some good news - had my hearing test and an MRI last week. The results were surprisingly wonderful - 100% word recognition and no change in the tumor size. I will have my neuro appointment on June 2nd, but given the results, will opt to wait for another six months. I already made up my mind that if and when treatment is needed I'll go for CK. But in the meantine, the plan is to w&w for as long as possible. I don't really have any tips for w&w, other than keeping a positive outlook, not dwell on the diagnosis and if you believe in God, know that life is bigger than our short mortal existence :).
Good wishes to everyone.

Congratulations are certainly in order and of course I hope this kind of positive MRI and hearing tests results continue for, oh, a few more decades, at least. :)
