Title: Big Day Tomorrow
Post by: BeckyMax on July 15, 2012, 11:17:35 am
My first follow up MRI is tomorrow, we see a specialist for my husbands pulmonary embolism from may and my son has a repeat x ray of his broken hand.  He is at camp right now, so I'll go get him, take him to xray and then back to camp and home.  All in all about 7 hours of driving.  All worth it though, will certainly give me very little time to think about the results.  Prayers requested for all 3 of us.

Becky,
Sounds like you have had alot on your plate to deal with.  I'll  keep you and your family in my prayers.  I hope your husband is feeling better and that you receive good news.

Becky - no fun when you have so much to deal with at one time - been there, done that, and still doing it!!  Wishing you good luck.  Keep us posted.

Good news on all 3 fronts.  Husband is expected to recover fully from his PE, genetic testing being done to determine if he has a clotting disorder, we were originally told this had to wait 6 months,  sons hand is healing well and he doesn't have to wear the splint anymore.  Just in time for his 3 week leadership camp, and......drum roll please.......no tumor growth, still measuring at 5x7 mm!

I'm so relieved, get to rest easy for awhile.  Oh yeah, one more thing.  My husband and I celebrated 19 years of marriage today.  It was a good day!

Thank you for the prayers,
Becky
