Just got MRI results. Confused about the measurements of my AN. I had 3 sizes for the extracanicular component and 2 more dimensions for the intracanicular. Which one determines its size?

A vestibular schwannoma has a classic ice-cream cone shape. The three dimensions (extracanicular) are the "ice-cream" part and the two dimensions (intracanicular) are the "cone" part.
When quoting sizes, only the extracanicular portion is used. If you only quote one number, it's the largest of these three dimensions. When it comes to the intracanicular part, it's nice to have the tip of the "cone" away from the far end (fundus).
