Post by: mwatto on March 13, 2023, 10:01:57 pm
I am currently taking resolvins (Ethical Nutrients clinician SPM- though they just bought out SMP Active which I may try next). A lot on resolvins for neuroinflammation- Google. Anyway I read this today: https://ro-journal.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13014-020-01662-9
and here another snippet : https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2018/01/180117163957.htm

Mwatto,  Thanks for this link and info!  Where did you buy your resolvins and is there a dosage amount to go with?  I don't anticipate my doctor would know about this.  Thanks, d

Hi there- mine is just OTC from local pharmacy its Ethical Nutrients SPM - I take mine with breakfast or lunch- no side effects. What I like is I have phoned them twice with questions and they were easy to talk to and informative. I think its a useful supplement.

I am also taking every now and then low dose Serrapeptase (Good Health Naturally -lowest dose and on empty stomach once a week - I joined that forum first to learn on) nightly 2mg melatonin compounded with PEA, sometimes bromelain and from today 0.25mg LDN compounded with PEA -my third time trying it. I never take a heap of supplements on the same day and I am careful with fillers-I prefer  food based where possible.   I may occasionally take fucoidan or sulforaphane, black seed oil, but , I prefer wholesome food, fresh veg juicing, low stress, nature walks etc.  Reading on the biology of ANs it seems they are fibroblastic and inflammation is a growth factor. My stabbing ear pain turned out to be either TMJ -doing jaw exercises for OR as my husband suggested this thing shrinking!
