Your post doesn't tell us much. Are you waiting 6 months for your first MRI? Have you been diagnosed with an AN? If you are waiting for your first MRI and want to speed things up, perhaps this will help:
I live in Toronto. The MRI machines here run 24/7, not sure if they follow the same schedule in Winnipeg. Regardless, it's worth contacting the hospital and letting them know that you will take a cancellation or if they do run 24/7, ask for a late appointment. I usually go in around 11 p.m. at night. It's actually pretty good - no backlog in the waiting room, no traffic and lots of parking!

Such a long wait. I am also waiting for MRI tomorrow and am scared stiff based on all my symptoms. Any advice on how to cut some of the tension. I have read some of the ordeals of members here and I am in awe of the strength I see.
