hi folks. i had a weird pain the other day and i am wondering if it is due to my SRS on November 6, 2015. i had a sudden pain on my "bad" side. it started in my upper chest, went to my neck, to my jaw, tongue, temple, and then eye. it lasted about 5 minutes. it felt like the pain you get from drinking something too cold. funny thing is that i have no feeling in some of those areas since my surgery 15 years ago. since then i have a twitch in my neck near the throat and i am now hyper-sensitive to any little jolts of discomfort on that side of my face and head. any ideas? i was not able to swallow after my first surgery, but recovered that ability over time. many (or all) of my cranial nerves were affected the first time and i am afraid it is happening to all of those nerves again. patti
