LAST WEEK:

Brookes (Brookes) had translab surgery followed by the BAHA implant on 7/22.  Brookes it was really great news to read that your surgery was a complete success, and that you are recovering so fast.  We love great success stories.  Now you can start the count down to your BAHA Gotcha Day 8)
Congratulations, and welcome to Postie Land.

Susan (skamper) had an MRI on 7/27.  Congratulations on “no growth”.  More great news!  We’ll keep our fingers crossed that the insurance covers you for a BAHA ;)

James (james e) had BAHA surgery on 7/14, and his BAHA Gotcha day was 7/29.  Congratulations James, it was exciting reading your account of “a new bicycle at Christmas”.  Thank you for sharing your experience, you made me laugh and well-up just picturing your uncontrolled smile ;D ;D ;D, and your new “trophy”.
Good for you!!

THIS WEEK:

Sunday 8/1/10 Jim (Jim Scott), an “irreplaceable” Global Moderator here on the forum, and his wife Tina celebrated 40 years as husband & wife.  You two make a wonderful couple.
Happy Anniversary Jim & Tina :) :)

Friday Leslie (luvzmutt) has an appointment Dr. Niparko at Johns Hopkins.  Leslie you have certainly had your share of “bumps in the road”.  We will hold good thoughts for you that the Dr. has some encouraging news, as well as some options for you.

We hope that those recovering can draw strength from all the good news noted above, that good things are coming your way also.
