Title: On my way to Iowa...surgery tomorrow 7:15am

Hey all,

I'll be leaving for the Iowa this afternoon. Sugery is scheduled tomorrow at 7:15am w/ Dr. Gantz. I'll send a note post op. Thanks for all the great advise on this forum.

Good luck, Ron.  It's a great feeling to put this behind you.  I'm five weeks post-op and couldn't be happier.

And remember the first few days dont count...They were the toughest for me...Thne once you get up and start walking and walking and walking and more walking it gets so much better. You will be in my prayers tonight.

Hi Ron,
Hope everything is over by now and that the surgery went all well! Take a lot of naps, be kind to yourself and enjoy the drugs! I've heard that from others who have been through surgery. Maybe I also be a postie soon, it's surgery the 20th May.
