Title: Made my decision

Hello all,


I just wanted to let you know that with all of your help I made a decision to have my AN treated at the Rocky Mountain Cyberknife clinic in Boulder. CO.  Dr. Thramann and Dr Mcneely will be treating.

My set up appointment is the 21st of this month.

Thanks for all the help.  I'll keep you posted!

Jim,

Congratulations on deciding on your course of AN treatment.  Just know that you are doing what is best for you... you're gonna be fine... and we'll all celebrate your "postie" status!

best wishes on the upcoming treatment... PLU-EEEZE keep us posted on the progress!!!!!

Congratulations on your decision. Often that is the hardest part!  Now you can relax a bit knowing that is behind you and soon it will be over with and you can concentrate on the rest of your life.

Thanks for all of the well wishes.  I went in for my "Set up day" and all is well.  The mask was no big deal although it does squish my nose a bit,  I will find out in a day or so when I will go in for treatment.

I made them enlarge the nose area.. if you have seen my nose, you'd understand.  Also, post-treatment, look at your face in the mirror.  Nothing like a little mesh-mask to *coff* deter wrinkles! :)

If you go to my frappr link noted below in my sig line, you will see pics of me during CK, me in the mask, etc..... too funny! It was a breeze!

I may have to do that as well.   At this point I would put up with anything to get this done and over with.  Time to move on with the rest of my life.

Pretty amazing, isn't it?  Once you decide what to do, you just WANT IT OVER WITH!!  I could not wait to get the hole drilled in my head and that is the truth. (I would have preferred CK but it was not to be)  I was so disapointed when the surgeons were booked out for 7 long weeks.

I hope you don't have to wait too long Jim and good luck.  Kathy
