Hi apologies because was not a message I did not get notified! I take 2mg compounded troches at bedtime and sometimes liquid. I have tried a few versions including Circadin. Here in Australia its prescribed - I once bought gummies (Natrol) and so sick with them! Now I stick to compounded here.
