We finally got the approval from our health insurance (CDPHP) To go to Mass General Hospital for out of state coverage. The thing that worries me is that the approval is only for this visit. And every time we need to go back we have to get that approval, and it was not easy! How can they play with us like this?
Anyone have experience with this sort of issue?
