Title: SoundBite for SSD
Post by: jb on July 16, 2010, 11:11:43 pm
I came across this info on an experimental device for SSD.  Just thought I'd pass it along.  Hearing through your teeth.. who knew?

jb ~

Thanks for the link.  The article offers a very concise explanation of acoustic neuroma and SSD.

The Soundbite device has been discussed here previously.  This thread form 2009 is one of many you'll find by typing 'Soundbite' into the search function box.    http://anausa.org/forum/index.php?topic=10753.0 (http://anausa.org/forum/index.php?topic=10753.0).

Hi JB,

There are a few of us who are getting to do the trial for Soundbite. Check out this thread:

I'm in the 6 month trial & get to receive an updated version Aug. 3!
I can't wait!

Wow! That's a long thread.  It was all new to me, but I shoulda known you guys had it covered!  I still have some hearing in my AN ear, but if things get worse maybe the Soundbite would be an option down the road.  Good luck in the trial, Carolyn!
