Hi is anyone using this? Been a few years since this was discussed.
-
Yes- I just started it 2 weeks ago.
-
What is it, Michele? I have never heard of it before. And I'm not sure where the previous discussion thread is.
-
Hi Don it is propolis - it was used for trials in the past for vestibular schwannoma. Prof Maruto says it works on the PAK-1 pathway...however it was inconclusive re evidence it seems. I posted on Ivermectin also...

Hi Michele!
I have taken propolis before, not for my vestibular schwannoma, but just for general health and well-being.
Thanks for clarifying that for me!
Don

NF2 patient here. Can you please elaborate the benefits? Ready to take whatever risk to get back some hearing OR at least suppress the tumor from further growth.

Actually today I was reading this on Losartan:
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34261799/
https://www.medindia.net/news/losartan-helps-reduce-the-risk-of-hearing-loss-among-vestibular-schwannoma-patients-202273-1.htm?fbclid=IwAR2OLH3muV-djGQvxzEQwhZOfJ9F6avDQug0BcX5HfQ7Jzmnxata9qIZo-w
I think that propolis works on the PAK-1 pathway which might help us- however a better bet is suforapane. Bromelain also useful.
