Is this considered large, small or tiny?

It would be considered medium.  At that size you should have most  of the treatment options available to you.

I concur with rupert; mine is the same size and Dr Chang at Stanford confirmed that it was of medium size.

What type of surgery did you get, John?

I choose Cyberknife at Stanford with Dr Steven Chang. After reading about all the problems surgery could cause, I automatically eliminated that as an option. At 65 years old, quality of life is very important to me and stereotactic radiosurgery was the answer for me. Stanford is nothing short of amazing!
