Title: QUESTION?
Post by: jazzfunkanne on May 22, 2009, 08:48:33 am
Does anyone think laci-lube would prevent other creams from working e.g viscotears (dry eye drops) and antibiotic cream, i always use laci-lube ist and was wondering if this could prevent other creams doing there job as it is a barrier cream???????
thanks anne

I would use the antibiotic cream first and wait a bit for the other.         I do not think one would need 2 types of dry eye ointment since lacrilube is a dry eye gel.      The visco tears could be used later when the lacrilube seems less effective?                 We would wait 5-10 minutes when put eye drops in people who are on eye medications and used 2 kinds of meds.
Just my thought anyway.                     Cheryl R
