Thank you, schomiczewski, for sharing your experience!  That is extremely helpful on these forums.

Just remember -- not many people comment, but your post will be read by hundreds of people wondering about what their surgery might be like.  You have shared your personal experience which may be like theirs or not.  But that is very helpful because what you wrote is fresh and comes from someone who actually went through the procedure and is not just theorizing about it.
