I had so much tears running down my face, but they were useless because I can't blink & was told that even if I blink somewhat with the upper lid weight implant, it's still missing a movement that goes back and forth very minutely that the tears won't coat the eye.  I ended up getting a jones tube implanted into the inner corner of my eye that drains into my sinus.  When I breathe in deep through my nose it helps drain the tears.  But sometimes there's so much tears, especially when I'm overheated, that they will still run down my face.  All in all, I'm glad I had the Jones tube put in.....
