Follow up for AN

Just had follow up MRI. It measured 2.2x2.0x2.2 consistently since CK.  it now measures 2.6x2.7x2.2. Should I be alarmed. There is Aldo edema. Dr will prescribe predisone.  Would appreciate feedback.  Thanks. Joan
