regrowth again?

Hi Everyone, Help

I need to know if anyone has had regrowth after surgery, they couldn't get it all of the 3.2cm tumor in right ear. I had a 12 hour surgery in  Jan 2012 which also let me with limited use of my right arm and hand( nerve damage) Then they did radiation that Fall and my MRI in 2015 shows that it had regrown and it is now 3.2 cm again.  They told me that they can not remove it all because of the radiation.  My face and tongue is numb and getting unsteady and headache.  Scared of the outcome this time because of my arm!
